Always great service at M&L!
Braxton L was an A1 salesman. From the moment we met in the parking lot to closing the deal 7 days later, he stayed cool, respectful, and professional. What I appreciated most was that he gave me space but still checked in at the right times. The Jeep is beautiful—and it’s too early to tell, but I really feel like I got an awesome deal.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a car here in April 2025, and by October 2025, the car would not drive. In October, I paid $880 to have it repaired. Initially, they told me the only issue was that I needed a new key fob. However, when I returned after receiving the new key fob, the car still would not start. They then said I needed new wiring, so I left the car with them. After several weeks, the car was still not fixed. Great service from Cheryl and her Team.
This was the worse service and experience I have ever had at a dealership. Poor communication and poor execution. The service department is very incompetent, even the service manager was a complete failure. Dodge as a company is incompetent. They can't even keep parts in stock for the vehicles they sell. I drove the van to a repair shop that was a half a mile away and they fixed my van within 24 hours. M&L had my van for roughly a month and a half with zero results.
