Manual and his team did an excellent job with my roofing repair. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and delivered as promised. Definitely a magnificent team that I would work again with.
Manuel and his team have replaced a large asphalt shingle roof on my house. Though their quote was somewhat higher than some competing ones, I have hired them and never regretted my decision, because the work was impeaccable from start to finish: from first communications to the job completion and cleanup. Highly recommend.
I cannot speak more highly of this company! After 8 years, a few shingles were lifting. I called ML Best Roofing, and even though the workmanship warranty only covered 2 years passed the date of installation, Manuel was so gracious and fixed the issue including replacing the plywood free of charge. Definitely a trustworthy company. Highly recommend. They stand behind their work.
ML Best had rebuilt my chimney with new copper flashing, and now I won’t be having leaks anytime soon. The crew alongside with Christian were there from start to finish. It wasn’t a big job, but I did want someone at the site since I have tenants, and Christian was a man of his word.
