Overrated
Pushed the VAX on me, got it because I trusted him, then all of my hair fell out and I go lupus.
Mark is the worst layer. In my opinion he didn't listen to me and only wanted to take it to small claims court (which I could have done without him). I could have gotten a lot more than the cap on small claims court.
Awful
