I strongly advise against getting any services from this salon. Terrible customer service, and they have complete disregard for customer satisfaction. They will put minimal effort into your request and overcharge you for a service that they didn't properly do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want your hair to be done professionally and correctly.
Unfortunately had very poor service and came out not satisfied with hair color. Also was overcharged for services that I stated I wasn’t satisfied with, was charged $60 for blow dry but not even styled.
i love the mkp salon! i’ve been here three times & have seen three different stylists. Every time i get my hair done here i am amazed and leave super happy. today, i got a red colored balayage with layers cut by Soraya and i will definitely go back to see her again. everyone there was super polite & greeted me with a smile. this is a place that will work with what YOU WANT instead of trying to talk you into something else that’s more convenient for them. overall, Soraya is great at her job and did an excellent job at being s... read more
