They took my retainer and forgot the details of my case. Then decided a the 11th hour that they weren't going to stand a chance against opposing counsel so they dropped me like a bad habit without any notice. My retainer was used for whatever they wanted to charge me and sent me pennies as a refund. The came up with every excuse in the book to keep my retainer. The person I spoke with was unbelievably unprofessional in every aspect of the conversation. To only know a summary of the situation & pass judgement for terrible advice is wild. Total waste of money! Promised the world and pushed to "get the ball rolling" so as to not wait too long but as soon as a denial comes in, nobody wants to fight for you unless you pay MORE MONEY! Complete waste of time and money!
