Everyone was a pleasure. Will go there from now on instead of Ridgefield UC Yale any time.
They are horrible. 2 1/2 hour wait. They lie to your face about wait time. Very sad how Optum changed . Time to find medical doctors . They don’t even care about there employees . Patients are right it’s about the money . Ridiculous
This place is getting worse and worse, I was there 3/4/2025 had an appointment 8:30 am I have checked 8:20 and was 10!:00 am and no body wanted to help me. I got so upset and asked again why I was waiting to long and finally a practitioner nurse took care of me. The staff at front desk is the worse
Care was fantastic and service was great. My only confusion is I called to ask about my medication on NYE and the “on call” person literally told me she was googling the answers to my questions. In what way is that remotely professional?
Care I received at this location was very good - doctor was thoughtful and thorough. I paid my copay up front as is required, and have the receipt for this in my inbox. However since this visit, I have been receiving regular bills from Optum showing that my copay had yet to be paid. Just got off the phone with the billing department and a man who informed me that there's nothing he can do about bills being sent to me (once again, this is the billing department...) and no information about what will be done to fix this issue.... read more
