Needed a comfortable office chair because my old one was destroying my back during long work hours. The employee explained the differences between mesh and cushion support in simple terms without sounding rehearsed. Been using the chair daily and the comfort level is honestly noticeable.
Id I could leave 0 i would. Had a few simple questions about roofing materials and he lost his mind on his wife in front of everyone! Cussing and yelling all because a customer asked for help. The wife was nothing but sweet and absolutely helpful! Customer service on point! The husband, you need to maybe take a step back and reconsider your customer service skills sir. Ive spent a lot of money with you, remodel my bathroom and kitchen with you. The change is ridiculous! We will never be back, period!

If you see something online and you tell them you need 6 of something and tell them the day you are coming and time and when you get there he sells it all. When I arrived the owner got into an argument with a customer and they were about to fight would not recommend this place. Stay away.
