Lola is awesome!!! She's very friendly, patient & informative with the whole process. I have a 2"×2" tattoo & the treatment time is very quick. I do need a few short breaks during the process & I like how Lola respects that where as other places might not. Getting a tattoo removed definitely hurts but I love seeing how much it's lightened after each time. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a tattoo removed or lightened.
