Messed up all the plumbing in our new home. Our water lines froze the first year and we had to have another company come to fix because he refused to repair his poor workmanship. Water lines froze again the second winter in another area of our home and he would not repair. He also plumed the hose bibs incorrectly so we have to water outdoor plants with soft water.
