By far the worst Management there is. During Pandemic Event, not only that they did not assist with any deferral of rent payment, but they decided to increase cost by adding more fees. They added fee for gabage disposal ( we did not pay it for 4 years, now they want us to pay) and increased water bill by 100%, all without warning nor explanation. You wish to live stress free, DO NOT rent from MKC. Talk to commercial unit owners and residents first, before you decide to give them your money.
They left us without AC for over 15 days in the month of July. They called the cops on us bc my dog barked at the Maintenence man on the property. They famously do not notify you when maintenence shows up for work on the exterior of the house. One maintenance man threatened to kill my dog. They have walked into our residence at 7:15 in the morning while we were sleeping with no knock on the door or ring of the doorbell. They are the most dishonest company I’ve ever seen. And the owner Arnold Kirshman is a crook.
The worst management I have ever seen. Corrupt and really disrespectful. Do not recommend!

Horrible management company. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and illegal management practices. Never rent from these tyrants.
