Ian is amazing and was great to deal with in the office however bus Law clerk named RICKY is one of the rudest people I have ever met . Very unsupportive and just rude .Everytime I asked a question I felt lost and completely in the dark during the whole process . I work in customer service and he needs a lesson in people skills .
