They should close that place, a total scam. Instead of fixing it, they damaged my cell phone. I handed it in without any lines on the screen, and they opened it and damaged it. They were trying to make me sign to avoid responsibility.
My IPhone screen was broken and went to this company to repair. I was told it would cost $150. I agreed. Then I was told for an extra $50 I could get a genuine Apple parts screen. Shortly after repair I started having issues. I went back and they said they would replace screen. A few days later the same issues persisted. Frustrated and tired of dealing with this company I took my phone to SMM Mobiles in South Melbourne Market and they put a new screen on for $95. It now works perfectly.

I would avoid. Cheap replacement parts, miserable customer service, ended up with a flickering screen on my Ipad pro and the counter guys saying I shouldn't expect their parts to work as the original Apple ones and instead reduce the refresh rate on the Ipad so I don't notice it anymore. I was on the way to the airport and they refused to give a partial refund and didn't come up with any other plan to fix my problem.
MKC in camberwell originally fixed my cracked iPhone screen. That went well. However they also arranged for me to purchase a secondhand MacBook Pro I verbally spoke to them and wrote down my specs and the main thing was that I wanted a 2020 model. Naveen and Javed assured me that it was a 2020 model. That I would get a 12 month warranty (still haven’t received that) When I got home I realised it’s actually a 2019. Huge difference.
