We choose MKC from reviews of families who live in our area/ community- home buyers , home owners . They all said MKC is thorough in their work . While all of their staffs had quite high review , we chose to go with Thomas Berthiaume . His reviews of course we great and they had said he was honest , listened and answers plus knowledgeable. I contacted MKC Associates on a Monday and was able to schedule a home inspection the following morning. They were extremely responsive, even given the holiday on the day I reached out. Miner Sparks showed up on Tuesday morning and did a very thorough inspection, taking the time to explain everything to me and respond to all my questions. He was easy to work with, exceptionally knowledgeable and had a great customer service attitude. I will be using him again in the future and highly recommend MKC's services.
Working with MKC was very easy and Tom was very helpful. We walked through the property together, he pointed things out and explained them to me clearly, and prepared a detailed report extremely quickly. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Scheduling was easy and the cost was reasonable.
This company was recommended to us by another home inspector and I can appreciate why. Tom Berthiaume did our home inspection. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed. The report was well organized and easy to understand. I especially liked the summary section which tells you what items are high vs low priority. I would not hesitate to use them again.
