Me and my wife had our first home owners inspection ever on a new construction home by mkc and we couldn’t be any happier.. We had Thomas he was extremely knowledgeable , vigilant and his attention to detail was above and beyond. Our yard is all mud but that didn’t stop Thomas from crawling around, he’s an absolute ANIMAL at his job. Thomas also scoped out the roof with the drone capturing some beautiful images. Tom came out to do a full inspection of our home for a warranty inspection. He was thorough and answered all our questions in the 2.75 hours he was here. Friendly attitude and was mindful of our needs. Seemed to rush towards the end, but overall good experience. Would recommend.
