We had a great experience start to finish hiring MKC to do a home inspection on a house we wanted to purchase. Used the online portal to schedule within 1-2 days. Great text, email, and phone communication ahead of time. The inspector, Jack M., arrived early and had already gotten some things done before we got there. Thomas took the time to explain every detail of the inspection process and were very patient in answering all of my questions. The inspection itself was meticulous—nothing was overlooked. I felt confident that I was getting a true and complete assessment of the property. Additionally, the inspection report was delivered quickly and was extremely comprehensive, with clear descriptions and helpful photos to illustrate any issues found.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with the MKC customer support team when scheduling the appointment. Our inspector, Jack, was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He arrived half an hour early, walked us through the process, and took the time to answer all questions. The digital report was very comprehensive and easy to follow. After the inspection, Jack continued to assist us by answering more questions via text. It was a great experience as first-time home buyers!
