Me and my wife had our first home owners inspection ever on a new construction home by mkc and we couldn’t be any happier.. We had Thomas he was extremely knowledgeable , vigilant and his attention to detail was above and beyond. Our yard is all mud but that didn’t stop Thomas from crawling around, he’s an absolute ANIMAL at his job. Thomas also scoped out the roof with the drone capturing some beautiful images. Our experience with Tom B. was exceptional! He walked us through the whole inspection process from start to finish and explained everything along the way. He was realistic in the things we should prioritize when moving into our new home. I would highly recommend Tom or any of his colleagues at MKC!
Communication with MKC was easy, scheduling was quick and Tom was very pleasant and very thorough. He really took time to explain everything. The final report was very user friendly, making it easy for me to evaluate what needed attention and how to source the work.
Working with MKC Associates was a pleasure from start to finish. Their pricing is transparent, scheduling an inspection was easy, including seeing the availability, and Beth and the admin team were responsive, kind, and thorough.
