We cannot say enough great things about Miner! Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions we’ll ever make, and having someone as knowledgeable, meticulous, and trustworthy as Miner on our side made all the difference. He was incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection, taking the time to carefully examine every part of the home. What impressed us most was not only his expertise but also his willingness to explain everything clearly and patiently. He made sure we understood both the major concerns and the smaller... read more
Me and my wife had our first home owners inspection ever on a new construction home by mkc and we couldn’t be any happier.. We had Thomas he was extremely knowledgeable , vigilant and his attention to detail was above and beyond. Our yard is all mud but that didn’t stop Thomas from crawling around, he’s an absolute ANIMAL at his job. Thomas also scoped out the roof with the drone capturing some beautiful images. We will be using mkc again for our 1 year punch list..2 thumbs up and 10 stars if google allowed. We highly recomm... read more

The final product - the report itself - was detailed, easy to understand, and exactly what I was hoping for. I will be recommending MKC to all of my fr... read more
Miner Sparks is a super nice guy. He’s very thorough and explains everything. He answered all of my questions patiently. He made suggestions for future use and possible replacements. He even said I could call him if I have any questions. I really appreciated his service. Sherry Smith
I wish I could buy a house every week so I could get more inspections. Morgan and Jeff were incredible. I expressed that I was interested in learning while doing the inspection - Morgan and Jeff took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. The report was also INCREDIBLY thorough. I am wildly impressed and so grateful for their attention to detail! 10/10
