MKC Associates came highly recommended by our realtor and they did not disappoint. This is our first home we put an offer on that we really fell in love with, and working with Miner as he inspected the house was such a great learning opportunity for us as first time homebuyers. Rob was extremely friendly and thorough, explaining everything he was doing as we walked the property with him. He was able to answer any questions we had. If there was something he couldn't answer, he was very clear about that and pointed us towards an expert in that field. We received his report within 24 hours, and all the details were clearly explained and laid out.
