NGL the customer service is pretty bad. He was indifferent to me, fine, whatever, but was super rude to my wife and now just ditched us 2 weeks before tax day. I’m out here running my own business and now have to look for new people last minute. Who has time for this? Idk if he had it out for my wife or what but now we’re going somewhere else.
