Right now I’m very unhappy and displeased with the level of unprofessionalism shown by MKB property management Marquita and the vendor she brought with her to my home. I did not receive any type of notice they were coming when she knew she was coming by since Monday. Instead of giving me courtesy call as the lease states I would receive a 72 hours notice. Andrea Green was so amazing, she was very patient with me. I have never rented from a company and she walked me through the process, I have been renting from them for two years now without any issues.
I would definitely recommend MKB to anyone looking to rent. They were wonderful to work with. Andrea, Marquita and the whole team were really great to us!
