BUYER BEWARE! We ordered TWO expensive large awnings for our house renovation project. We paid $27K as a deposit to this authorized dealier, as required by Markilux, which is based in Germany. A few days before delivery was due, Markilux (the manufacturer/parent company) contacted our architect to advise us that the dealer took our money and never placed the order and has basically vanished and become non-responsive.
