Very disappointing experience with M&K Volvo in Summit, IL. The service department was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my visit. , which was very frustrating. I was also given inaccurate information about the window for getting my truck serviced, which made the situation even more frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I will not be bringing my truck back to this dealership again.
