Very friendly staff
I don't have a Volvo, but I pulled in there yesterday with my Western Star and needed a bit of help. The young man who helped me was great. I believe canyon was his name. He was very polite , honest and helped me without hesitation, I think it all these dealerships had young men like him working. There would be more driver's that trusted dealerships.
First of all, I really want to appreciate for MK center with honesty and hospitality. Especially for Marc from service department … an amazing gentleman with kindness. He gave me a ride to cross the street while i had two boxes of coolant and other parts on my hand. He realized that i can’t make it by carrying and walk all the way down to truck stop. Thank you Marc 🤝
I had an issue with my van, I stopped by and they were really helpful!
