very unsatisfied with this company bought a 2023 Mack dump truck and it. has had problems since the beginning, had it at their shop multiple times and nothing has been accomplished they have no time to fix the problems wrong or not parts when they finally decide they can get it in the warranty of the problems ran out its been ongoing since made the purchase and have tried a lot of time to get them fixed or replaced and they couldn't make the time until the warranty was up. never again will i make my purchases from this plac... read more

Worst company to deal with. They offer a text service to order parts but they never confirm the part order so you have to call. GOOD LUCK with that. Mass confusion and extremely long hold times which eventually turns you over to voicemail so you have to call back and start all over.

My corporate office called ahead to make sure they could get our truck look at that same day. Was told no problem by the service department. I called at the end of that day to see if they had finished and was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and would do so the very next morning. I called that 2nd day at 2:30 and guess what? Still hadn't got it in yet. Person on the phone said they would make sure someone looked at it before 3pm and would call me back to let me know if this was done.
