I walked in and a lady there asked what i'd like to have done and i said a gel manicure. She said okay and sent me to a guy working there and he started on my nails. He went and got my color that i picked. I didn't know there was a difference between builder gel and gel polish so I didn't say I had builder gel on. Well the guy couldn't do my nails for that reason and he sent me over to the woman that greeted me. I said "im sorry I guess i should have said it was builder gel not regular gel." This place is awful do not come. We were forced to be quiet and even yelled at to be quite so that their baby could sleep. Who brings a baby to work. And do not even get me started on the sushi here it wasn’t even cooked and I now have food poisoning.

Avoid this place at all costs. This was by far the most unprofessional nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I sat down for a full set, and the owner stayed on her phone the entire time instead of focusing on her work. She didn’t even finish my manicure before moving me to a pedicure chair and then continued doing my full set while I was sitting there, which was careless, awkward, and completely unacceptable. Went in for a pedicure 1 hour before closing, it said $10 online for a change in polish and thats all I wanted. Was charged $25 for what I can only assume is an i convenience fee :/, its still 40 minutes prior to when they close. Nails look fine, nothing fancy, just annoyed at the price considering not even adding a removal fee would add up to 25.
