Mk house is a horrible company very unprofessional we live in an Aliante community we had a paper taped to our garage on Friday saying the next day all our water would be down for a whole day. We embraced it and did what we had to for Saturday since water would be off all day...... no water went off then they have the nerve to put a paper on Monday night saying tuesday all water will be shut off all day. We pay over 200 dollars a month in our households for this hoa and we can't even get flowers in our pots in the front gate... read more
Louis is a very good plumber. He works very hard, when there is a leak, determining where the leak is coming from and resolves the problem. Nick is a good person as well. Although, I will say, somewhat slow to submit a report to an insurance company that is paying the cost for damage to a property.
I am a Assistant community manager for a Condo Community in Summerlin and have been working for MK House for several years now and have to say they have always been impressive to work with, they are extremely professional, detailed with their work and communicate very well! we are happy they continue to work with our team! During the crazy rainfall last year we had several units flood and their team came out to make changes to the water flow in our community. we are thankful to have them working on our property!!! =)
