There’s a reason other states have building codes to follow; to protect both the builder AND the buyer. You never really know or understand the reasonings until you’re outside of the reason. Should have listened to the red flags. The first red flag being the request of removal of a couple dead trees about to fall over and the retort being, “we’re not going to remove them, if you don’t like them, we could find some else to purchase the home”. Down hill from there.

We have built several homes and being several states away during the construction of our new home was a little scary to say the least. MK Homes has been hands down the Absolute best builder we have ever worked with! Anytime we had questions we had someone that we could call and most importantly never were made to feel as if we were a bother to anyone. We would recommend MK Homes to anyone that is looking for a builder that will help you build the home of your dreams with integrity!!!!
