The salon was closed when I showed up for my appointment. I even received a confirmation text message for the date/time of my appointment the morning of the appointment. When I showed up, the salon was closed so I called but no one ever picked up. I wasted a trip to this salon.

This is my hair after the hair cut 🙃 A client arrived when the hairdresser was finishing up. She got distracted and I had an appointment right after. I could feel there was a hole, but only realized after my husband took a shot from behind. Awful. I did NOT go there for them to fix my mistake. Last picture shows the way I cut my own hair. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was a terrible first experience. I came in to get a simple trim and to reshape my face framing. I have always gotten face framing done on my hair and when it came to that part it seems like she was just cutting my hair aimlessly and not how I’ve usually seen it done, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
