James and the team arrived on time and were very polished. They finished the repair job in a prompt fashion including rectifying a problem from the original installation. They also gave important garage door care instructions. I will surely call for them in the future when I need service!!
What a joke. I called to schedule an appointment. They took my name and address. The person on the phone asked if the number I was calling from was the best number to reach me at. I said I was at lunch on my work phone and provided him my cell number instead. He said they would try to head my way around 5pm, and they'd call when they left. I left work early to meet them. Very pleased by James' reliability and work ethic. He could have easily short charged me but he told me the truth about our problem. He bought the right garage door for us and came back the next day and he fitted it.Would highly recommend.
