Fyi. We had a roof water leakage around our gas vent and around our plumbing vent. We contacted Martin at MK Exteriors. He came out, did a thorough investigation, and resealed both vents. Today (after last night’s storms) I checked the attic, around and below the pipes, and it was completely dry. 5 stars!
i cant recommend Martin enough. we have had him do out solar powered skylight that opens for venting and built in shade for night time as well as a solar powered attic vent now and rebalancing gutters and a new downspout and the work is just amazing. we have had some terrible luck with contractors in the past and really wish we found MK sooner as there have been absolutely no issues with his work. absolutely stellar, great pricing, super friendly. if you need repairs/remodel definitely give this man a call
Martin provided excellent service, and we could not be more happy with the process, quality, and professionalism he and team provided in installing our new roof. He was incredibly responsive and thorough in every question we had, and my kids even began to look forward to seeing him when he stopped by to ensure everything was on track. We would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.
MK exteriors so excellent job on my chimney. They had excellent customer service. The quote was quick and fair and the work was excellent. They fixed a job left unfinished by a previous contractor earning us much needed peace of mind on our leaky siding. Would recommend to anyone
