Buildings look nice in the rendering, but fall far short in reality. Over-promise/under-deliver. Beware advertised specs like ceiling heights and square footage can fall far short of actual measurements. There seems to be a big difference between what a developer considers ceiling height and the actual height of your finished ceilings (curious, never would have imagined).
