Staff was very friendly and information was easy to get
My visit to MK Dental Excellence -Dental Cincinnati was unexpectedly urgent! However, my first encounter was pleasant and seamless. The associates were very accommodating and prompt in returning my referral call. My insurance provider was accepted with online ease of completing forms, and an immediate check-in. Nk was on time with appt. Everything went in a precise manner and they told me what was going on. I recommend nk dental for all your dental needs. She has a great way of explaining what needs to be done. And the equipment to do the work.
Told hygienist I didn’t like water cleaning. Did it anyway. Much gagging and coughing during cleaning and x rays. Unpleasant experience. She was rough. Dr A spoke to me from behind. Should have greeted me face to face and shook hands. Overall not impressed. Will not return.
