We hired MK to gut renovate our home in Logan Square. The house was built in the early 1900s and converted to a two flat in the 50s. We wanted to convert it back to a single family home. We went with MK for our home renovation after having a bad experience with a different contractor. I'm so glad we did. They really performed stellar quality work. We loved working with Marek and Greg who saw our project through. I highly recommend MK and would hire them again in an instant.
We bought a spec home from MK Construction about 6 months ago, and are very pleased with their work. Their attention to detail is very evident, and much better than other homes by different builders in the Logan Square area. During the home inspection, very minor touch ups were found. I was going to take care of a lot of them myself, but MK Construction took care of them, without us even requesting it. We have had a couple questions for them, since we bought the home, and they have been quick to respond.
(The East Wing Project) Reliable, Responsive and Efficient. MK Construction made us feel like we were there only client throughout the entire project. Arek, our project manager provided weekly milestone updates and was always a text message away. MK also worked with our Architect to ensure a seamless build process.
