I purchased my wedding dress here , my experience with Abby was incredible and she made me feel awesome even though I arrived as a walk in like 30 minutes to close. However when I came in for an alternation appointment it was a totally different story. I didn't get the ladies name but she was INCREDIBLY rude. When I asked her about how the zipper laid on the back of the dress the fabric needed to be brought in she said that my dress was so simple that anyone could pick it apart. Emilie was amazing. She was very helpful and cheerful the whole time. Would highly recommend! I’m very sad I didn’t find my dress here because they were amazing and no other place was like them. Love them love them.
