The worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure — maybe the salon itself and the other stylists are great, considering all the 5-star reviews. But Leila was extremely rude, unfriendly, and completely lacking in customer service. I had scheduled a haircut and arrived 10 minutes early, just to be safe.
