Kevin is honest about what the vehicle needs. I got replacement suspension struts/shocks with new springs. He was fast in getting parts, efficient in providing timely service and the vehicle is running great. Competitive price that beat other mechanics for what needed to be done.
I’ve had a great experience at M&K thus far. The staff is always super helpful and, most importantly, honest. It’s such a relief knowing they’re not trying to upsell or tack on repairs I don’t need. Kevin does an awesome job explaining everything clearly so I know exactly what’s being done. I had an issue with my new brakes and he took care of it right away, owned the problem, and made sure I left happy. Overall, I’m really impressed and definitely recommend them!
