Bad customer service and unprofessional. They made me waite one hour and afterward they said very busy to do the oil change. I don't recommend anybody to visit this bad service place.
I came in with 2 problems a steering problem and electronics problem they handed out the car with more problems and nothing fixed I was being judged discriminated and assualted by the owner Kevin My car was broken into smaller pieces After he failed to fix it he called the cops and made me wait outside in the sun without fixing the problem Thank God I'm out of this facility
I 100% recommend this to anyone who lives in the IE area. If you come here ask for Kevin. Genuinely wants to fix your vehicle with a fair price. Came in on his day off to get the job done. Will be coming back for any future mechanical needs.
Amazing service as always best prices
I brought my car in for an oil leak caused by the dealership that sold me the car but I had a warranty so M&K auto helped get my car back running as normal with no problems. It was hard finding someone that wants to work on Volkswagen so I was happy they could help . They were very communicative in the whole process. I would trust them with any future repairs. Thank you guys again!
