There are not enough bad things to say about this group. When I had my final showing it was clear they didn’t clean anything. I gave them a list of things to fix/clean when they showed the vacant unit & they did none of it by the move-in date. It takes weeks for maintenance to do anything and the pipes in the laundry room freeze at least once each winter. This company does not care about tenants. I have been dealing with constant stomping, dropping, bumping, and creaking noises from the unit above me that wake me up at night and early mornings. Management dismisses my complaints as “normal house noises” even though I provided audio recordings and explained how it’s affecting my sleep and mental health. Live at 2856 N Clark St in Chicago renting with them - DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They are the absolute worst, don’t complete any maintenance requests, don’t do routine things they’re supposed to do, don’t answer emails. I’ve had an issue for the past year where my packages have been getting stolen in my building from another resident and they haven’t even responded to try and help.
