Highly recommend living in a MK managed property. Cole is always readily available to assist with whatever needs you may have. He replies quickly to any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Notices of any changes to the complex are brought to the tenant's attention well in advance, too.
I've been a tenant at a MK property for about 7 months and so far have no complaints. I think the property manager, Cole, has vastly contributed to this experience given his prompt responsiveness to my roommates and I, along with his attentiveness to our apartment.
I've had nothing but great experiences with MK Asset Management! They helped me find my apartment quickly and were very accommodating when it came to showings and making sure the lease agreements were handled efficiently. Since moving in, the response from management, particularly Cole Giordon, regarding any issues that may arise with the apartment has been quick and well managed. I definitely have peace of mind knowing that this management team is who I will be dealing with for the next year and hopefully more!
