@MKAsset, still the same mediocre service! It’s been nearly a year now since my condo unit has taken on water. Complete garbage! Current board members have addressed dropping them, but it “would cost too much” to get another property manager. Polina Stine @ MK Asset Management is the lowest of low when it comes to her job. DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS w this company!

My stay at my apartment at the corner of Greenleaf and Paulina was great! Cole was super responsive and Ariel was fantastic when repairs were needed. I ended up moving, but I really enjoyed my time there.
I rented with MK Asset Management for one year. My relationship with the management company was through Cole, the property manager, who made the renting experience a 5 out of 5. Cole has always been incredibly responsive and understanding. Any questions about apartment maintenance or property requests were handled immediately and professionally. This is my third year renting at Orchard with MK Asset Management and my experience has been great! Cole, Ariel and the others in the MK Asset team are all really helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns. The tenant service is awesome; they always answer promptly and are readily available by phone or email. I would definitely recommend renting with MK Asset Management!
Cole, the property manager addresses your concerns very quickly! Excellent attitude and great customer service! The maintenance teams also follows up very quickly. Pros: Quick service and addresses concerns immediately. Very reasonable company. Cons: The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars because the walls are thin (need extra padding between floors). Besides that (and no fault of his), Cole is very professional and represents MK very well. Also, I met the owner and he was good guy as well! Great company!
I was fortunate enough to rent through MK Asset Management and have nothing but glowing remarks. Cole my property manager was always willing and available to assist me with any questions or concerns. I always received punctual replies and quick resolutions. They are very good at providing notices to tenants for any property or tenant related concerns or alerts as well. Maintenance was three best I've ever enjoyed in any of my addresses. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
