I highly recommend using MJ Windows. They are an owner run and local business. I was told our broken double pained window would take 2-3 days to repair. I was also told that the window (sash) could be delivered and installed free of charge. They delivered on both in a timely and efficient manner. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely return as a customer.
