Came out quickly to give quote. Scheduled service date. Never showed up (7-8 am) and after several messages finally called back. Said they were finishing up another job and would be at my house between 2 and 3. No show, and no call. Started calling the next morning at 8:30. He finally called me back at 5:20. Said if I still wanted him to do the job he could work me in one day next week. I said I would get someone else to do the job. He said not to fu#*ing call him any more.
Marcus and his crew came out and went above and beyond our original expectations. Their price was very reasonable and the fact that they are "climbers" helped us tremendously!! We had very little light in our backyard and our roof had limbs hanging over it. After MJ & his crew were finished our neighbors continue to telling us how great it looks. That alone let's us know how great of a job they did. I would highly recommend MJ and his crew!! We will definitely use them again. Thanks again from the Thwing family!!
They did a great job for me for a fair price. It's worth having them come out just to see them climb the trees.
I cannot speak highly enough of Marcus and his team. Too much to mention-best prices and performance.
