I first visited MJ's a month ago and had a great experience. I posted a 5 star review. Went back yesterday for a Quick Clipper Clean-Up (No Shampoo). My experience was awful. Chelsey did the most cursory job possible, and hustled me out. I took a look in my car mirror and was shocked to see she'd left a ridge of hacked-off hair standing up down the center of my scalp. Went back in to get it fixed, and she didn't have the #1 guard in her clipper set that I requested. I asked her to use the zero guard instead. She overrode me ... read more
New in town, walked in, first time in a salon since pre-pandemic. Warm welcome and friendly unpretentious atmosphere put me instantly at ease. Chelsea did an awesome no-fuss job on my hair, checking in with me every step of the way. Couldn't be happier. I've just found my new local salon!
