Dishonest and unethical, poor service, Don't support this sorry excuse for a business. Especially don't ever consider "working" or leasing from this company, not only will you not get much business, the owner will rip you off after you don't make any money. You are expected to pay for all sorts of things that a real taxi company would not charge you for. The owner will tell you up front that no one likes you, which is the only honest thing he will tell you.
I've called this number before when my customers needed cabs and had the pleasure of being a customer myself for the first time today. I had called another cab company that advertises about being Eco friendly in town but they took much longer than they stated. I called to cancel them and then decided to call first coast. I should have called first coast first! The driver josh was quick and personable during the ride and was relaxed behind the wheel. Ill definitely keep calling first coast for my customers!

My friends and I were in St Augustine for a fun weekend and needed a taxi for a girl's night out. Our driver was prompt, a safe driver, and very personable. While driving us to the historic district, he gave us suggestions on nice places to visit while in town. This nice man (I wish I remembered his name) also said that when we needed a ride back, that his shift would be over, but to call him and he would get us a qualified driver to get us home. There are many things I enjoy about St. Augustine, FL, and one of them is the convenience and reliability of First Coast Taxi. Being a handicap person I rely on a taxi service to get around, and a driver who understands my needs. Happily, I have found the right combination in FCT and Kerry Sullivan, my regular driver. If they say 15 min. they mean 15 min! The rates are very fair. The guy dropped me off at my house and I had forgot my house key. He wasn't busy so he drove me to go get my key and took me back to the house. I've got their number and will call them before anyone else next time!
