We called MJS on a very hot Labor Day weekend when our unit went out. My husband called and without hesitation we were told the someone would come check our unit in 2 hours. At exactly 2 hours Miguel showed up, he had our unit going within the hour. He was very professional and extremely polite. We are so grateful that Miguel came and worked on our unit, feels like we have a new friend.
Miguel is very responsive and always makes himself available. The times we have called him with an issue he shows up same day, he gives you a time and is there within that timeframe. We have never had an issue with any of his repairs, he shows you where the issue came from, and his pricing is great.
MJS was who we called in the very hot month of June 2025 when my parents attic unit stopped working. They did all they could to get the part we needed as quickly as possible in order to fix the issue. Their customer service is impeccable and their prices are very reasonable. They will be who we recommend and call for any AC or heating issues in the future. Highly recommend them!!
I really appreciate Miguel and his team. They did a great job installing my air conditioner and furnace in the time they said it would be done.
Miguel was great! He arrived the next day and understood the issue right away. He communicated the problem to me and was upfront about the price. I highly recommend him.
