I called MJS because my AC wasn’t coming on. I spoke with Miguel. He was unavailable to come out himself, but sent two reps to perform the service. They found the issue was caused by a furnace motor that needed to be replaced. Even tho he couldn’t be there in person, Miguel was in constant contact with me and explained everything so that I could understand. I didn’t feel hustled. My AC is working and hopefully back to normal. I’m very pleased with the service.

This company is a charm! Miguel was able to come out in a decent time from when I called. He was very knowledgeable about our system and was quick to diagnose. I felt the price was fair for amount of work he had to do so I will definitely keep using them.
Miguel is very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the work he was doing. He quickly found a capacitor that needed replacing and also gave me some tips to help maintain the AC. I like that he was punctual and arrived as expected. Overall I'm happy with the work and would highly recommend.
