MJN did a bait and switch to get my personal information and money. They discriminated against the housing voucher program, then after leading 2 voucher clients on for a month with move-in dates, refused move-in. Owners will chest you everytime. Don't rent with them.
The property managers and staff are very kind and efficient, and they quickly respond to any questions one might have. They immediately take care of maintenance requests, and make it obvious that they care about their tenants and their needs.
