I’ve had D come out to my house a few times for different issue and he is fantastic. He takes time to explain exactly what the problem is, what are my options and what it will take to fix it. He is the most thorough and explains as he goes. I feel comfortable when he can take care of my problem. 10/10 for Donald!!

Thank you MJM for the service last month to fix our AC unit when the blower motor had gone out. It was during a really hot week, and MJM was able to send a technician early the next morning. The technician not only replaced the blower motor (he did not suggest that we needed a new unit, as he was confident our unit could be fixed), but he was able to diagnose and fix an issue we have had with our AC since another company installed 13 years ago. Josie, their telephone customer service representative, was very friendly and helpful in getting our service call scheduled.
