Been working here for 3 years and the people are great, supportive and hardworking! MJM employees certainly go above and beyond for our customers.
Unless you are family or favored by Tammy Christian, I do not recommend working here. Leads with bad attitudes that don’t properly train you on how to do your job. Not a fun environment to work 40+ hours a week. Company has declined tremendously since the departure of prior management, Jerry.
I saw a worker berate another for parking in the wrong place. Owner asked me “ how would you like to lose this job” first day we met
