Great experience, staff was able to work with my patients schedule
The staff at MJM have a very unprofessional attitude when it comes to speaking to seniors. I would not recommend them at all, even if they were the only agency operating. The upper management should do a better job with how their staff treat seniors and interact with the population. The owner needs to know that the staff are unprofessional and treat seniors poorly. Very unprofessional. Could not get supplies to change bandages. Nurse didn't respond and she told me I had to order my supplies. So then why is my insurance company paying them the physical therapy team didn't call until my insurance called them I got another pt company Addus which is very professional. Don't use mjm
