Consistently cancelling on patients. This doctor is quite literally NEVER in office and is always out. Giving patients crowns that fall out easily. Letting patients know about which teeth are already cavities/damaged yet is cancelling so much on them that he cannot even do follow ups to fix them. PLS DO BETTER!!! Dr. Murray and his team are the greatest. The hygienist is very through. Dr. Murray definitely keeps it real with regards to your care and available options to optimize your oral health. He also takes the time to get To know you and find common topics of interest for discussion while getting the job done.
The dental hygienist did not listen. She also refused to provide a copy of my x-ray, as I requested, despite this being a common request and a patient right that all other dental offices have recognized. The kind woman at the front desk provided a copy eventually, despite the dental assistant telling me a story she completely made up about why patients are never allowed to have copies of their own x-rays. Cost: prices were very reasonable. I was surprised how little I walked out paying each time. I had insurance, but even so! Not been my experience at other places. Treatments: I got a deep cleaning and five cavities filled, with local anesthesia. Sook did the deep clean and her gentleness was next level. A dentist whose name I’m sorry I’ve forgotten did the fillings. He was competent and quick and nice. The only pain I felt was from the needle for numbing.
