Maddy and Roland provided absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, by a mile! Roland responded immediately after I submitted an application online, and Maddy was super responsive, bringing the car to me to test drive and answering all my questions. One of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. The car was in great condition, Roland was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through all of the features. No pressure and very flexible. I used a 3rd party to come inspect the car after I test drove it and Roland accommodated their visit easily even around the Xmas holidays.
