MJL property development took a $4,000 deposit for us to build a deck in 2018.. and never came back. We lost our chickens, (farmed them out prior to what we thought would be construction).. never got a deck, and was left with 9 deep holes in our backyard that we had to fill in ourself. Mike Latuga had the gaal to hire an attorney to say that because he had dug the holes.. he didn't have to refund our deposit.
Mike is a down to earth guy who might not be the most punctual but the quality is excellent and the price is fantastic! Mike has parged my chimney, repaired my roof, resurfaced my front porch, added a walkway around my back deck and repaired my driveway entrance. He made sure that the urgent things were done ASAP and did the rest as soon as he was able to. His employees are always very respectful to my property and privacy. This is business fraud!! I paid 5,000 for deposit started project since March until now never show up my house this a FRAUD!!! I asked Michael for my refund. He said already spent for drawing and blueprint. I don't see anything. He's kept telling will coming today never happened. Don't recommend for this business!!
