i lived in a unit owned by mjf rentals for 4 years and paid $57,360 in total rent. prior to moving in i was told the carpets would have been replaced but since i have cats they’re going to leave the old carpets installed. john was a great property manager. i had probably 6 minor issues with the apartment over the course of my stay there. all were handled quickly and professionally. i never asked for the apartment to be update or walls to be painted. i gave them a 6 month notice that i would not be renewing my lease. i left t... read more
Cute place, but we left it clean with paint touched up and ready for the next renters. MJF still kept a good portion of our deposit.
We rented from them for a year and they were by far the best landlord we’ve ever had. Our apartment was beautiful and clean and if we needed something they responded immediately with no issue. I was sad to leave that apartment!
I lived at Twins Oaks Apartments which they manage and the place was great! They do an amazing job with the property and I highly recommend them.
