Matt Fee and Associates have been our management company for many years. We continue to have a prosperous relationship with management and our association. We have common goals that we work side-by-side to successfully achieve.
MJF has managed our association for several years. Matt has always been reliable and personable. He responds personally to all tenant issues. He has excellent staff and gets several bids for all work beyond their scope. We recently added lawn and snow care by MJF and have been pleased with the care we receive.
I have been working with Matt for the past seven years. I manage the pool and common area maintenance for our condo and often need his assistance. Matt responds to my requests in a timely fashion and has the ability to find a contractor who will meet our needs.
Matt has been with our condo for several years. I feel Matt does a great job. He goes out of his way to get us what we need.
