took my bike to get some work done, had it for 3 weeks and 1 day, go pick up my bike after they had it sitting outside uncovered in the rain the entire time they said they were waiting for "parts" i finally go pick it up, the "parts" they ordered were rusty and obviously not new, the tourqe cones they put in my exhaust have a 1/2 inch gap. causing a terrible exhaust leak, and my bike is now running worse then when i dropped it off and is full of water. i called and left a voicemail to attempt discuss this, and just like when... read more

They estimated 35.00 dollar's to repair my chainsaw, the cost was 66.00 dollar's to repair a ten year old saw that cost 99.00 new and it still doesn't run that great.

It cost the same to fix a 90 dollar saw as it does to fix a 1000 dollar saw your saw cost 150 dollars at today's price and if the saw is still not running right I would be happy to look at it again no charge as long as it is something we did
These guys are the best in the business. They are not only skilled at what they do but they are genuinely good and honest people, which is a rare commodity these days. My husband and I own a landscaping business and MJD is a lifesaver when it comes to keeping our equipment up and running.
