I strongly advise against renting from this company. Our experience with the management, particularly Monique, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We had secured an apartment for my mother, with payment received and everything in order. Despite paying for early move-in, the unit was not ready due to cleaning issues. It's a nice place to work for and they are always moving up..
Submitted a lease application with a quoted monthly rent. Upon approval the lease increased by $130 a month and the millennial leasing agent Cristelle in Reno claimed it was a "glitch." Updated renovated rent rate she claimed included new cheap carpet, a clear coat on the kitchen counter and the Black widow infestation apparently was free. Not surprisingly they are not accredited with a better Business bureau. Stay away from these charlatans.
If you were looking for a company to hate this is it! They make their money by buying cheap complexes and cranking up the rent. They’ve owned my complex for maybe a month and a half and without making any improvements they are raising my rent 150 bucks with the minimum notice (45 days) which means they actually are raising my rent on Christmas Eve. I will pay 150 more a month when the cockroaches start paying their fair share. Great company for exploiting the vulnerable! This place should be condemned.
